Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years cooking experience
  • ability to work all cooking stations
  • basic computer proficiency
  • availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 5 years cooking experience
  • hot line cooking experience
  • banquet production experience
  • basic computer skills including microsoft suite
  • experience with breakfast preparation preferred
  • previous hotel kitchen experience preferred
  • supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards
  • manage hot line and banquet production effectively
  • operate any cooking station as needed
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work area
  • assist in inventory management and food storage
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
