Job Duties
- Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, coolers, and storage areas
- Label, date, and properly store food items to maintain freshness and safety
- Assist cooks and chefs during service by providing prepped ingredients and basic tasks
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
