The Cook I role at Hilton is vital in bringing this vision to life through excellent food preparation and exceptional guest service. As a Cook I, you are more than just a food preparer; you play a crucial role in spreading hospitality. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a cooking or food preparation role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings and handle complex recipes
- Oversee stations, execution, quality control, and inventory checks
- Inspect all preparations and dishes to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
- Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following food handling and safety protocols
- Coordinate timing and plating, manage cooks during shifts, assist with inventory checks and ordering
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
