This full-time Cook position is based at the Teton Mountain Lodge, located right at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, offering the perfect blend of world-class mountain adventures with exceptional dining experiences. The Cook will work closely alongside the Executive Chef to prepare a diverse range of menu items including appetizers, salads, banquet cuisine, and a la carte specialties with precision and artistry. The position requires responsibility for mise en place setup and managing service at one a la carte station per shift, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. The Cook will also collaborate with the team during banquet preparation and production, supporting large-scale events that require coordination, speed, and attention to detail. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience
  • knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work full-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • strong physical stamina
