Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking experience in a hospitality or food service environment preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain high food preparation standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Awareness of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain a strong knowledge of menu offerings, handle complex recipes, and oversee stations, execution, quality control and inventory checks
- Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
- Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
- Coordinate timing and plating, manage/direct cooks during shifts, assist with inventory checks, ordering, shift briefings and some special features
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
