Your responsibilities will include inspecting and finalizing plates before service, maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Leadership is a key aspect of this role. You will direct and manage the cooking team during shifts, assist with inventory checks, ordering, and conduct shift briefings to ensure smooth operations.   • Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following food handling, storage, and safety protocols
  • Coordinate timing and plating, manage and direct cooks during shifts, assist with inventory checks, ordering, and shift briefings
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
