This specific opportunity is within the Westin brand, a part of Marriott International, which is dedicated to redefining wellness in hospitality. Westin focuses on empowering their guests and associates alike to achieve their best selves through innovative wellness programs and supportive work environments. The role in question is that of a Food Preparation Worker, an essential position to the operations of the food and beverage services at Westin hotels. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about food, quality service, and contributing to a wellness-focused brand.

You will weigh, measure, and mix ingredients as per recipe specifications while ensuring adherence to food quality standards and presentation guidelines. You will operate various kitchen appliances including ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare both hot and cold foods. Another key responsibility involves testing food to ensure proper cooking and safety standards are met.
