This full-time, non-management Culinary Associate role offers an hourly wage of $28.15 and presents a valuable opportunity for culinary professionals who want to advance their careers in a top-tier hospitality setting. The position involves preparing special meals and food replacements, managing oven and grill temperatures, and ensuring food quality, portioning, and presentation meet established standards. The role benefits from an exciting partnership with Rouxbe cooking school, providing associates access to hundreds of online culinary courses to further hone their skills and professional growth.

Ideal candidates will be responsible for various food preparation tasks such as thawing foods safely, recording food inventory, and communicating effectively with kitchen and food service staff. The Culinary Associate ensures that all food complies with hygiene and safety regulations and assists management by supporting training, scheduling, and motivating team members. Employees in this role serve as exemplary team members who maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, anticipate guests' service needs, and contribute positively to the workplace environment. Job Duties
