The position offered is a part-time, non-management role within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category, with a competitive pay range of $21.20 to $26.50 per hour. The role is pivotal in supporting the kitchen operations by preparing special meals, managing food product replacements, regulating oven and grill temperatures, ensuring food portions and presentation meet high standards, and maintaining food quality and records accurately. Workers in this position are also expected to assist management with various operational tasks including staff training, scheduling, and motivation efforts, aiming to uphold the brand’s legendary service culture. This job requires flexibility, including availability on weekends and holidays, to meet peak service demands.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the kitchen's efficiency by anticipating guest service needs and ensuring safety protocols are rigorously followed. The job entails physical activity such as standing for prolonged periods, stretching, bending, and moving up to 25 pounds independently. Teamwork and professional communication are essential, as you will be working closely with other Food and Beverage staff and management to coordinate daily activities and maintain seamless service standards. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have technical or vocational training and at least three years of relevant experience in food preparation and culinary services.
