Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment
- Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards
- Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving various food items
- Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, check production and keep records to accurately plan production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Walk or stand for extended periods during shifts
- Reach, bend, stoop, push, pull and lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions as required
- Attend work and arrive on time consistently
- Perform other duties as assigned based on account and client needs
