This full-time, non-management Food and Beverage and Culinary position offers an hourly wage ranging from $33.28 to $34.28. The role entails preparing specialty foods and replacing inventory items, regulating temperatures for ovens, grills, and rotisseries, and ensuring proper portioning, plating, and garnishing. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality and quantity, keeping food records, and communicating with kitchen leadership about product surplus and day specials. This position also involves collaboration with the Food and Beverage service staff about rejected products and menu specials available. The individual will prepare both hot and cold dishes following recipes, quality standards, presentation guidelines, and food preparation checklists.

The role demands adherence to all company safety policies and procedures, including reporting unsafe conditions and accidents to management, completing safety training sessions, and obtaining necessary certifications. Employees are expected to maintain a professional and tidy appearance and uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information and company property. This position requires physical stamina, including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, bending, twisting, and lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds. The individual may also need to assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and motivating staff, acting as a role model.

Job Requirements

  • at least 3 years of related work experience

Job Duties

  • Prepare specialty foods or replace products
