This full-time, non-management role within the banquet kitchen offers an hourly pay rate of $23.25. The position is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of food preparation that reflect the luxurious and meticulous attention to detail The Ritz-Carlton is famous for. Responsibilities include preparing special meals, regulating appliance temperatures, thawing and portioning food correctly, and maintaining logs of food quality and quantity. You will work closely with the culinary team and Food & Beverage service staff to communicate menu specials and manage stock levels efficiently. This role ensures all food served meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste according to established recipes and checklists.
