The organization is deeply committed to creating an environment where residents, families, and employees are all treated with compassion and respect. As a mission-driven entity, Presbyterian Living emphasizes a culture of support, value, and inspiration, ensuring team members feel empowered to make a meaningful difference every day.
Westminster Place, one of the communities within Presbyterian Living, is currently offering an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Cook to join their Dining Department. Working from 10 am to 8 pm, five days a week, this role provides an hourly rate ranging from $18.35 to $26.98 depending on years of experience. At Westminster Place, the team is deeply focused on delivering personalized experiences for residents, fostering a positive and uplifting work environment built on collaboration, compassion, and shared expertise. The Cook position is centered on preparing a variety of dishes from scratch while adhering to food safety and quality standards, ensuring every meal service is timely and of high presentation quality.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about culinary arts and enjoy contributing to a workplace that values wellness, independence, joy, and security. Team members at Westminster Place experience a supportive, people-centered culture that has been recognized with the Great Place to Work certification. The organization offers comprehensive benefits that support health, financial security, peace of mind, personal growth, and community connection. Responsibilities include planning and organizing daily food production, maintaining portion control, plating, and presentation standards. The role requires an ability to work harmoniously within a mission-driven team where helping others and making a lasting impact are fundamental to the workplace culture.
