As a Cook at Evolution Hospitality, you will be the key figure in food preparation and supervision across multiple outlets including the restaurant, café, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets. This role requires a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is creative with their culinary approach, and is passionate about delivering outstanding dining experiences. You will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets high standards in quality, portioning, and presentation. Leading and supporting kitchen staff, maintaining organizational and sanitation standards, and resolving challenges proactively come under your purview. Your communication skills will be essential in effectively coordinating with coworkers and addressing guest concerns with professionalism and clarity. Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- Food Handlers Certification required and must comply with State requirements
- Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
