The company offers a robust benefits package aimed at supporting employees and their families, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401k plans, and various discount programs. Some locations may provide additional site-specific benefits such as free meals during shifts, uniforms, safety shoes, and transportation assistance.

Working at Sodexo means joining a company committed not only to operational excellence but also to social and environmental responsibilities. The company's dedication to equality means every employee, regardless of background or personal characteristics, is given equal opportunities to grow and contribute.
