Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to read and visually verify information in various formats
- ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- maintain regular attendance
- comply with company standards and grooming policies
- maintain certification requirements as applicable

- have thorough knowledge of menus and food preparation
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- certification in food handling and safety is a plus
Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- comply at all times with company standards and regulations
- comply with certification requirements including food handlers and safety
- maintain a friendly and warm demeanor
- have thorough knowledge of menus and preparation requirements
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas
- complete necessary food and station preparations prior to opening
- prepare and display buffet food items according to standards
- maintain post on kitchen line during operating hours
- operate and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment
- maintain the clean as you go policy
- assist in storage and rotation of food items
- sign keys out and back in under supervision
- attend meetings as required
- perform any other duties as requested by management
