Oakmont of Valencia is currently seeking dedicated and passionate cooks for their full scratch kitchen. Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, testing, and use of PPE as per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality dishes from scratch using fresh, local ingredients
