Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, testing, and use of PPE as per regulatory guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes from scratch using fresh, local ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and execute seasonal menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workstations
- Communicate effectively and courteously with residents, guests, and team members
- Ensure timely and flawless execution of all food orders
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in continuous learning and skill development opportunities
