Hallmark Management provides multiple scheduling options for the cook role, including an AM shift operating Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and a PM shift from Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with additional hours on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Job Duties

  • Demonstrates culinary knowledge and technique with emphasis on bakery preparation both scratch and convenience as required
  • Ability to use pastry bag for cake and dessert decorating to support menu and special event requirements
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace storing, labeling and rotating product according to standards
  • Provides quality menu items and food products through company recipe and presentation standards
  • Tastes food items to assure they meet standards
  • Accurately completes production records
  • Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in commercial production kitchen
  • Exhibits a customer comes first attitude
