- one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- servsafe certification preferred within 6 months of hire

Job Duties
- prepare appropriate food items for hospital patients staff and visitors according to recipes
- perform patient food service duties
- handle dish duties ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- assist food and nutrition services staff as directed
- support inventory management and kitchen organization
