- previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong attention to detail
- good teamwork skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- physical capability to lift moderately heavy items
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene
- ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning
- taste all prepared food items
- use established ticket collection procedures during service
- be responsible for records from area worked
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation
- comply with all health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage
