Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
- Ability to execute dishes flawlessly and timely
- Ability to communicate with friendly demeanor
- Passionate about service and food experience
- Ability to pass criminal background and health screenings including physical and TB tests
- May require vaccination and use of PPE to prevent communicable diseases
Job Qualifications
- Experience working as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to prepare high-quality dishes from scratch
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Passion for hospitality and service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch following seasonal menus
- Execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively and courteously with residents and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Collaborate with culinary team to innovate and improve menu offerings
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Engage with residents to enhance their dining experience
