We currently have an opening for a full-time P.M. Cook. This role is integral to our culinary services team, tasked with preparing nutritious, appetizing, and attractive meals that meet the high standards of our menus while contributing to the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our kitchen. The P.M. Cook must excel in teamwork, communicate clearly with residents, and possess an energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor. A passion for improving the lives of others is essential, as the role involves daily interaction with seniors who value the comfort and care that good food brings. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking, with culinary training or education preferred. They will be proficient in preparing meals from established recipes, adept at cooking meals from scratch, and familiar with batch cooking techniques. Strict adherence to portion control policies and food service sanitation practices, including ServSafe certification and a valid food handler's permit, is required. This role demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under time constraints, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
