Job Requirements

  • Prior cooking experience required
  • Availability for full-time or part-time schedules with variable hours
  • Ability to follow federal, state and corporate food safety regulations
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to food preparation
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies including proper use of protective gear
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without late night shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning and presentation
  • Ensure food is at the correct temperature and taste food items for quality
  • Clean kitchen after preparation and serving maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Store or discard excess food according to safe food handling procedures
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
  • Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required
