Zaxbys emphasizes continuous training and development, providing all necessary resources including hands-on stations training and the Back of House Development Plan to support employees' growth and success.

The Cook position requires individuals to engage actively in daily training, provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service, prepare food items safely and according to standards, maintain their workstations, and assist with inventory management. Attention to detail, ability to follow safety protocols, physical stamina to perform kitchen duties, and effective communication are essential.
