Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of six months applicable experience preferred
Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
Ability to perform basic math
Serv Safe certification may be required depending upon location
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required depending upon location
Valid driver's license may be required depending upon location
Ability to fulfill annual continuing education requirements
Willingness to undergo drug screen and background check as condition of employment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepares and provides the highest quality and safest food possible
Follows standardized recipes and guidelines for cooks to prepare, store and use food
Maintains labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery
Performs washing and cleaning duties to insure sanitation
Operates equipment such as mixers, slicers, kettles, ovens, food grinders, and more
