Essential skills include proficient knife handling, using kitchen equipment like flat-top grills, panini presses, and deep fryers efficiently and precisely. Customer service is also emphasized, as the Cook will interact with guests during meal service to provide an excellent dining experience. This position also includes responsibilities such as inventory organization, food running assistance, and dishwashing to help maintain a clean and safe working environment. Avocado Theory seeks individuals with a solid background in food preparation and the versatility to work across different food stations within the kitchen. Job Requirements

  • Kitchen experience of at least one year
  • Ability to speak English is required Spanish preferred
  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Availability to work day and night shifts
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
