Job Duties
- Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving of food according to standardized recipes and menus
- Use cutting tools, cookware and bakeware safely and effectively
- Employ cooking procedures including grilling, baking and boiling
- Adhere to all sanitation and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean kitchen
- Prepare food in a timely manner at specified meal times
