Job Duties
- Prepares and serves planned meals for clients living in the Community Residence
- Takes direction from Team Leader/Residence Manager and keeps him/her informed regarding content of workload
- Communicates with kitchen staff regarding Quality Assurance
- Performs general kitchen and stock work as well as monitors equipment and supplies
- Maintains a sanitary and safe workstation
- Participates in Quality Assurance activities including providing services according to agency policies and governmental regulations
- Identifies strengths and/or problems regarding Quality Assurance
- Assists with problem resolution and implementing modifications
- Maintains an inventory of food and kitchen equipment
- Ensures inventory is adequate to meet the menu plan
