Job Requirements

  • Previous cooking, prep, pizza, and deli experience required
  • Must be able to apply online for the position
  • Available to work full-time Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • Willing to adhere to company safety policies including wearing safety equipment
  • Must maintain cleanliness and proper food storage
  • Ability to perform job duties satisfactorily with or without accommodation
  • Compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cooking experience
  • Previous prep experience
  • Experience in pizza and deli preparation
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Knowledge of safe food-handling procedures
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday schedule

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning and maintain food temperature
  • Taste all prepared food items to ensure quality
  • Use established ticket collection procedures during service
  • Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Store or discard excess food according to safe food-handling procedures
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
