Job Requirements
- Previous cooking, prep, pizza, and deli experience required
- Must be able to apply online for the position
- Available to work full-time Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Willing to adhere to company safety policies including wearing safety equipment
- Must maintain cleanliness and proper food storage
- Ability to perform job duties satisfactorily with or without accommodation
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
Job Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience
- Previous prep experience
- Experience in pizza and deli preparation
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of safe food-handling procedures
- Ability to follow standardized recipes
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday schedule
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning and maintain food temperature
- Taste all prepared food items to ensure quality
- Use established ticket collection procedures during service
- Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining cleanliness standards
- Store or discard excess food according to safe food-handling procedures
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
