We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Fine Dining Cook to join our culinary team. This is a full-time role with shifts from Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, offering a competitive pay range of $19.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in classic cooking techniques, including knife work, sautéing, grilling, and baking, combined with creativity and attention to detail necessary for a fine dining kitchen. Experience in healthcare settings is preferred, particularly knowledge of preparing restricted and modified diets such as pureed and mechanical soft diets. This position requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills while serving high-quality cuisine.
