Job Requirements

  • Prior cooking and prep experience is preferred
  • Ability to work full time including mornings and weekends
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks safely
  • Willingness to attend safety meetings and participate in training
  • Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Prior cooking and food preparation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
  • Commitment to workplace safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and presentation standards
  • Tastes all prepared food items to ensure quality
  • Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
  • Maintains clean and organized refrigerators and storerooms ensuring proper storage
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
  • Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
  • Reports maintenance needs or equipment issues to supervisor immediately
  • Attends in-service and safety meetings
  • Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and managers
  • Performs job safely maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensures proper food presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance
  • Complies with safety procedures including wearing cut gloves and slip-resistant shoes
  • Abides by all company policies and procedures
