Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor with all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with COVID-19 health and safety protocols as per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or similar fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition
  • Passion for hospitality and serving others
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook daily meals from scratch in accordance with seasonal menus
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient meal service
  • Interact with residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management and stocking ingredients
