Job Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a high-volume kitchen
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety protocols
  • Willingness to work full-time Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • Ability to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks related to cooking and kitchen maintenance
  • Commitment to wearing required protective equipment such as gloves and slip-resistant shoes
  • Eligibility to work at the specified location

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a high-volume kitchen
  • Ability to prepare food according to standardized recipes
  • Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP
  • Proficient in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the work environment
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and presentation
  • Cleans kitchen and maintains high standards of cleanliness
  • Stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting
  • Reports maintenance needs and safety issues promptly
