Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of cooking experience
  • POS user experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Current Food Handler's Certificate
  • Current ServSafe Manager's Certification or ability to attain within 90 days

Job Duties

  • Prepare all meals for residents guests and associates ensuring the highest quality of seasonally prepared meals is served daily
  • Maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness standards in all food preparation and service areas
  • Utilize POS systems effectively to manage orders and transactions
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to food safety regulations including proper handling and storage of food items
  • Manage flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Contribute to a positive team environment with professional communication and attitude
