Food Handlers License required
Knowledge of patient diets and safe food handling
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards

Job Duties

Provide healthy food for patients, employees, and visitors
Prepare food ensuring strict safety standards are followed
Create menus for the hospital kitchen and cafeteria
Order supplies necessary for food preparation and service
Integrate hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily food service practices
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate professionally with hospital staff and maintain confidentiality
