  • minimum 2 years of experience in high volume food preparation or institutional food service
  • familiarity with industry-standard production equipment
  • knowledge of HACCP food safety procedures
  • ability to maintain accurate records
  • excellent customer service skills
  • availability to work early morning shifts on weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment
  • general experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers
