The current opportunity is for cooks to join the full scratch kitchen team at Ivy Park Laguna Creek. This position is for Sunday through Thursday, with various shifts available, and the pay range is $17.00 to $17.25 per hour. The role involves preparing fresh culinary offerings using seasonal menus and high-quality local ingredients. Ivy Park’s kitchen is known for setting industry standards by using state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and tools, creating an exceptional cooking environment often described as a "Chef’s Playground."

You will be part of a dynamic team that values entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and collaboration. Cooks at Ivy Park are expected to embrace the evolving food service industry while maintaining high standards for excellence and hospitality. This work environment is flexible and contemporary, emphasizing growth, learning, and the opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating exceptional food experiences.

In this role, team members are encouraged to grow their culinary skills while providing flawless dishes in a timely manner. Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a dedication to service are essential qualities. Safety and wellbeing are paramount; thus, all candidates must pass background checks and health screenings including physical and TB tests. Oakmont Management Group follows current health guidelines, which may include vaccination requirements and the use of personal protective equipment to ensure the continued health of all staff and residents.

Working at Ivy Park offers more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to join a respected company known for its commitment to employee wellbeing. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation and holidays, complimentary meals, bonus opportunities, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, employee discounts, and support programs including student loan refinancing and pet insurance. The company fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment, where recognition and assistance programs contribute to employee satisfaction and growth.
