Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, screening, testing, and use of personal protective equipment as required
Job Qualifications
- Culinary school training or relevant certifications preferred
- Experience working in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and food preparation
- Ability to collaborate well within a team and adapt to evolving food service trends
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch in a full scratch kitchen environment
- Follow seasonal menu plans and utilize high-quality local ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and kitchen equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents with a friendly demeanor
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely and high-quality manner
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Adhere to health and safety standards and complete required screenings
