Nestled within a beautifully landscaped campus, Ivy Park provides residents with a rewarding lifestyle that emphasizes individualized comprehensive support, enabling continued independence. With a strong focus on fostering meaningful lifestyles and relationships, the community prioritizes connection among residents, families, and team members, all while nurturing a culture built on authenticity, teamwork, compassion, commitment, and resilience.

Oakmont Management Group, headquartered in Irvine, California, is a recognized leader in the senior living industry, managing numerous communities under the Oakmont Senior Living and Ivy Living brands across California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Known for its commitment to excellence and an inclusive atmosphere, the organization encourages a family-style environment, where joy and laughter accompany high standards of care and service. This dedication to quality is reflected in Ivy Park’s culinary program, which aims to deliver the freshest, highest-quality cuisine possible.

The culinary team at Ivy Park is distinguished by its commitment to seasonal menus, state-of-the-art kitchens, and sourcing high-quality local ingredients. Cooking takes place in what the company refers to as “Chef’s Playgrounds,” where culinary professionals have access to contemporary tools and technology designed to foster creativity and excellence. The current opportunity is for cooks who are passionate about working in a full scratch kitchen environment to join the team and help sustain Ivy Park’s reputation as a standard-bearer in the senior living culinary industry.

This role is available as full-time with shifts Sunday through Thursday from 12pm to 8pm, or part-time with shifts on select days including Thursday through Sunday at various times. The pay range is competitive, from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, reflecting the organization’s respect for skilled culinary staff. This is a unique opportunity for culinary rock stars who love to cook, those who enjoy interactive and personal relationships with residents and guests, and individuals who are entrepreneurial and forward-focused. The workplace culture fosters collaboration and embraces the evolving nature of the food service industry. Team members enjoy flexible, contemporary work environments that enable professional growth and creativity. Those driven by hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences will find a fulfilling career here.

The company also places a high importance on health and safety, requiring background checks and health screenings, including physical and TB tests, with proactive measures to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.
