Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, screening, testing, and use of personal protective equipment as required

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary school training or relevant certifications preferred
  • Experience working in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant setting
  • Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated passion for hospitality and food preparation
  • Ability to collaborate well within a team and adapt to evolving food service trends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch in a full scratch kitchen environment
  • Follow seasonal menu plans and utilize high-quality local ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and kitchen equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and residents with a friendly demeanor
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely and high-quality manner
  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams to provide exceptional dining experiences
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and complete required screenings
