The Float Cook ensures that food preparation adheres strictly to food safety guidelines, diet restrictions, and standardized recipes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. In this capacity, the Float Cook operates, cleans, and sanitizes foodservice equipment and work areas to promote a safe and hygienic environment. Beyond cooking and food service, this role involves serving food according to strict portion control guides and diet restrictions, thereby contributing directly to the health and satisfaction of those served.
