Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- able to work all shifts including opening and closing
- provide quick and friendly service to all customers
- assist team members to ensure continuity of service
- able to work under pressure and maintain pace in a fast environment
- ability to take initiative and comply with company policies
- align with Raising Cane's culture of hard work and having fun
- physical capability to perform essential duties
- punctuality and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or related roles advantageous but not required
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- willingness to learn and attend training programs
- dependable and responsible work ethic
- ability to maintain quality standards under pressure
- knowledge of food safety practices beneficial
Job Duties
- Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- kneel, bend, twist or stoop as needed during work
- ascend or descend stairs regularly
- reach and grasp objects including above head and below waistline
- maintain excellent verbal and written communication
- show up to scheduled shifts on time
- clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
- take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
- follow proper safety procedures in handling and preparing food
- multitask in a fast-paced environment
