Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • able to work all shifts including opening and closing
  • provide quick and friendly service to all customers
  • assist team members to ensure continuity of service
  • able to work under pressure and maintain pace in a fast environment
  • ability to take initiative and comply with company policies
  • align with Raising Cane's culture of hard work and having fun
  • physical capability to perform essential duties
  • punctuality and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or related roles advantageous but not required
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • willingness to learn and attend training programs
  • dependable and responsible work ethic
  • ability to maintain quality standards under pressure
  • knowledge of food safety practices beneficial

Job Duties

  • Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • kneel, bend, twist or stoop as needed during work
  • ascend or descend stairs regularly
  • reach and grasp objects including above head and below waistline
  • maintain excellent verbal and written communication
  • show up to scheduled shifts on time
  • clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
  • take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
  • follow proper safety procedures in handling and preparing food
  • multitask in a fast-paced environment
