This role specifically seeks an experienced Cook to join the Encinitas team. The Cook will be responsible for coordinating and prepping a large volume of meals for patients, the cafeteria, and catering for special events. The position involves supporting safe food handling practices, volume food production, menu development and modification, meal assembly, portion control, inventory management, and ensuring infection control and sanitation compliance.
