Ivy Park Post Acute is a well-established 150-bed post-acute care facility located conveniently at 5609 5th Ave, Pittsburgh. As part of the PACS network, America's fastest-growing network of post-acute care organizations, Ivy Park is committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to its residents. Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- compassion for a vulnerable population
- excellent communication skills
- kitchen experience in a healthcare setting is ideal
- ability to prepare food in accordance with special diets

- previous kitchen experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- ability to prepare meals according to special diets

- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- provide assistance in caring for residents by preparing nourishing meals
- pay special attention to residents dietary needs
- work under supervision of Dietary Manager
- ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local food preparation standards
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment
- assist in inventory management and food storage
- communicate effectively with clinical and rehab teams
