Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Food safety certification required within 90 days of job entry
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety in food handling and equipment
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

- 1 year of trade school or vocational schooling preferred
Job Duties
- Prepares and produces food for patient and guest meals
- Follows standardized recipes and daily production charts
- Ensures food quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness
- Adheres to HACCP procedures
- Uses standard food preparation equipment and utensils appropriately
- Maintains sanitation and safety standards in food handling
- Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors
