Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant kitchen experience preferred

- 2+ years prior restaurant kitchen experience preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables using a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques
- know and comply consistently with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service for our guests
- maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- collaborate with other kitchen staff and management to maintain effective product flow
- handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- open and close the kitchen stations properly, assist others and follow checklists
- understand and follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures
- embrace and fulfill the core values and culture of Cutwater Spirits
