The Food Services Department at DMC Receiving Hospital is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join their team in the capacity of food service workers. This role is critical in supporting the hospital’s mission by ensuring patients, staff, and guests receive nutritious and well-prepared meals. As a food service worker, you will operate under general supervision and adhere closely to established policies and procedures regarding food preparation, service, and sanitation. Duties include preparing food items based on standard recipes, careful portioning, garnishing, and setting up for service. The function also requires display cooking, maintaining cleanliness by sanitizing workspaces and equipment between uses, and accurately documenting production records.
