The cook position at Summit's Farmington, Utah location offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. This is a full-time, onsite role that requires a motivated, energetic cook to join a dedicated kitchen staff within the correctional facilities segment. Job Requirements
- At least one years prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment
- knowledge of culinary methods, techniques and standards
- ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
- ability to use various kitchen tools and equipment
- customer service experience
- food handlers certification preferred
