The current opportunity is for a full-time, onsite Cook at the Summit facility located in Bel Air, Maryland. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of the kitchen team by preparing meals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment rooted in scratch cooking techniques. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic cook with at least one year of prior culinary experience in quality food production. They will be expected to master quality and portion control, food preparation, creative food presentation, and the maintenance of kitchen cleanliness and organization.

As a Cook at Summit, you will be part of a motivated and energetic kitchen staff where attention to detail and the ability to multitask are critical. You will ensure that food is safely stored and handled in compliance with established policies, recipes, and safety protocols. Job Requirements

  • At least one year prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking
  • Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items
  • Customer service experience

Job Qualifications
