Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year experience operating in a full-service kitchen
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • adhere to OTB safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • communicate cook times and potential issues with managers and team members
  • complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • follow recipes and portion controls precisely
  • assist teammates during busy service periods
