Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working as a cook or in similar food preparation roles
- knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- ability to safely use kitchen utensils and equipment
- must obtain food safety certification
- physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- willingness to wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment
- strong communication skills for effective teamwork
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a cook or in a related role required
- validated knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations such as accurate food handling, sanitation, and storage
- must be able to acquire food safety certification
- demonstrate basic math and counting skills
- demonstrate interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
