Job Requirements

  • high school education or equivalent
  • one year experience in institutional meal planning and preparation
  • thorough understanding of standards for safe food preparation and handling
  • prior supervisory experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking practices, procedures and regulations
  • ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • good organizational skills
  • authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., no visa sponsorship provided
